The project calls for the construction of 268 villas each comprising 3 floors located on Sun Island Ajmal Makan, one of the ten Islands in Sharjah Waterfront City, Sharjah. Sun Island covers a total area of around 205592.9 square metres (sqm), while 268 villas will be developed over plot size of 95566.09 sqm, the rest of the area will be developed as beach, road, parks, mosque and retail.
The villas in Sun Island will be designed tastefully and adorned with all the modern amenities necessary for a comfortable living, where life will bloom in all its manifestations.
A huge shopping mall is located on the entrance of the project with a direct access of the main street (Union Street) to cover an area exceeding 3 million square feet, the mall will consist of several floors containing a selection of international names and brands in addition to a range of restaurants, cafes, modern cinemas and family entertainment facilities, depending on the study done by an international real estate market research company, Sharjah Oasis Mall will be the largest mall in the Northern Emirates to service and support not only to residents of Sharjah Waterfront City project, but also to the Emirate of Sharjah, Ajman & Umm Al Quwain.
